Weekly Fitness Sessions - Guide & Coaching

I try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate your needs.  So if you can't see what you need here then get in touch as I am sure I can help you. Rides include coaching on the bike technique and skills below:

  • Gear Selection

  • Braking

  • Mind Skills

  • Body Position & Movement

  • Speed Control

  • Cornering

  • Mastering climbing and descents

  • Trail Flow - reading the trail

Personal Training / 1:2:1 Coaching

Want to get fit? If you are a beginner or want to improve your mountain biking then this is a great way to get started, grow your confidence in the sport, learn where to ride locally and to improve your fitness. £50 p/hour

Group Outdoor Weekly Sessions


A great way to keep fit and see the local countryside.  Coaching is also given.


Sessions run Monday, Friday & Saturday mornings.  Other days can be catered for as private groups or 1:2:1


£10 a session when booking whole term in advance. £15 drop in

Beginner Courses


These can be 1:2:1, private groups or weekly sessions*

Cost: £50 p/hour 1-6 people ( £20 extra person after 6 - max 8 in a group)

*weekly beginners sessions run as a term and are on an adhoc basis. Contact me to express an interest. Works out as £10 per session when term booked.
